Asphalte Hi-Tech a BAUVAL inc. division, was created in Saint-Laurent in 1985. Located on the Montreal Island, the company manufactures high performance asphalt mix and operates a recovering site for concrete and mineral materials which are used to produce value-added recycled materials.
Asphalte Hi-Tech manufactures conventional bituminous concrete as well as high-performance asphalt mix that meet the most stringent requirements. This modern plant has a capacity of up to 400 tonnes per hour; therefore, it can answer the highest supply requirements linked to major contracts.

Thanks to its location on Cavendish Boulevard, in Montreal’s Saint-Laurent arrondissement, Asphalte Hi-Tech offers its clients significant savings, mainly in terms of transportation. Asphalte Hi-Tech’s clients can therefore combine their needs in terms of demolition concrete disposal and quality material supplies. Asphalte Hi-Tech has its own mobile crushing plant that is also available to its clients. With this equipment, Asphalte Hi-Tech manufactures recycled aggregate materials (MGR) from cement and bituminous concrete, which comply with the NQ 2560-600 standard.
